Experience a cultural landscape of poetry and music from around the world at 
these DIY activity centres throughout the library.
Drop in at the Spruce Grove Public Library, 35 Fifth Ave

Family Arts Class
12 - 1:30 p.m. & 2 - 3:30 p.m.
Come create colourful landscape paintings in the distinctively Canadian style of Ted Harrison. Ages 6+ must be accompanied by an adult.

Retro and Robotic Art

Visit the Innovation Lab to create a typewriter poem and experience robot art.

An awe-inspiring visual arts and live music performance of Robert Service’s famous poem. Christine Hanson’s musical compositions perfectly accompany the poetry; backed by slides featuring the artwork of renowned artist Ted Harrison.
